Assaf Ben-Yossef serves as the Vice President of Research and Development. He joined SundaySky in late 2013, bringing over 30 years of experience in development, architecture, and software group management, primarily in the video domain. Since joining SundaySky, Assaf has led several development groups.

Before becoming part of SundaySky, Assaf spent seven years at Mobixell leading its product development, focusing on media transcoding for mobile devices, mobile advertising, and network optimization (specifically in the video domain). Prior to that, he worked at Veon (an Israeli startup acquired by Philips’ MP4Net group), Philips MP4Net, and Adamind.

Assaf holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Tel-Aviv University.
